The mill is inserted in a rural area of forest and green fields, of great beauty and tranquillity, having the advantage of being 9 km from the city of Póvoa de Varzim and the A28 motorway that connects Porto to Caminha.
We are convinced that here you will find enough tranquillity for a pleasant stay, very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature.
This property is spread over 3 floors; on the ground floor, we have the entrance hall with fireplace and sofas, the living/dining room and the open kitchen overlooking the outside. On this floor, we also have 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. From the entrance hall, we have access to the 1st and 2nd floors which have a double bedroom with a private bathroom on each floor.
Outside the mill has 1 swimming pool with adjacent lawn area, barbecue, parking space for 1 car and a large panoramic terrace/ esplanade / solarium.

A former watermill restored and transformed into an attractively tastefully traditional Portuguese decorated charming cottage with 3-bedroom-accommodation. This cottage is surrounded by untouched pine forest and a small lake. Outside property there is a large lawned area, just perfect for some sports activities, with stone tables, for a simple picnic. This area is facing a lake and is protected from it by a wire fence, for additional protection for smaller children. The interior is very comfortable and its living room w/ fireplace gives a perfect ambience for a nice holiday. Outside there is a pool w/ paved area around it and a complete covered barbecue area, all this facing a very nice view over the small lake. There is available a parking place for your car.
