Pleasant villa located 9 km from the well-known beach of Moledo do Minho and 7 km from the historic village of Caminha. This property is located on a west-facing slope with beautiful panoramic views over the valley and Monte de Santa Tecla (Spain). The surrounding residential area is very calm and peaceful, with a beautiful rural landscape, inviting you to explore and take long walks, in other words, for a relaxing holiday. The house has 4 fronts, which gives a lot of light in all the rooms distributed along the upper floor of the house, in a total of 110m2 of interior area.
Renovated in 2019, it offers accommodation for up to 10 people.
On the 1st floor, we have the kitchen/living room with direct access to a balcony with panoramic views and we also have 2 double bedrooms (1 of them with private bathroom), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 double beds in a bunk. In total, the house can accommodate up to 10 people. The house is decorated in a simple and relaxed style.
For more guest entertainment, in 2021 a spacious games room with a pool table and electronic dart board was installed.
The property has a private swimming pool with a covered barbecue area and a bathroom. All the set enjoys the beautiful panoramic view.
In the town centre, there is 1 supermarket and a quality restaurant.
We are sure this beautiful house is an excellent accommodation option for a high-quality holiday.
