    Description

    Traditional Portuguese house is located so close to the beach you could call your friends there! The sea view is amazing and the sound of the waves gently falling on the shore as you relax on your private terrace can only make for the most peaceful of vacations.
    This house is located in the beautiful former fishing village of Praia da Luz which still maintains its original charm and beauty: No hamburger chains, no large ugly tourist developments; only a stunning beach and a background of dark rock formations.

    The property is situated in a small, quiet cul-de-sac, only 100m walking distance from the beach with its prodigious beach bars, restaurants and beach activities.

    All bedrooms are downstairs, so are both bathrooms. A staircase leads to the upper level where the kitchen and lounge/dining area is. Adjacent to the kitchen is a smaller toilet facility. In front of the lounge/dining area facing south, is a large terrace with comfortable seating and sunshades, plenty big enough for outside dining. Steps lead down to a BBQ and very private pretty garden.

    The house is very well maintained, decorated and furnished with love and taste. A perfect retreat for beach lovers and those who prefer to leave the car at home.
