All owners, legal representatives of owners or companies who manage properties, who fill out the contact form and who wish to establish a commercial collaboration, “Intermediate Short Term Rental Agreement”, with our online property management service, accept the following conditions and terms (summary of the general conditions):

• They are legitimate owners of the property to be described
• They are legal representatives of the owners and are legally mandated by the owners to make intermediation contract. Onwards named as legal representative.
• They are legitimate owners / representatives of the company that manages and manages the designated property or set of properties to be designated. Onwards named as legal representative.
• The parties shall seek to resolve, by negotiation and in good faith, any questions that may arise from the execution or interpretation of these conditions
• These conditions are governed by Portuguese law and the resolution of all disputes arising from their interpretation and execution will be submitted to the courts of the district of Póvoa de Varzim, expressly renouncing any other court.
• The property is legally entitled to receive guests, registered to provide legal tourism accommodation, or is in the process of registering for tourism rental.
• The personal data provided in this form will be kept under professional secrecy and will not be transferred to other entities.
• From now on, you authorize our site to use your e-mail, name and mobile phone in future information actions through our commercial newsletter. This is beneficial in keeping owners better informed about our business activity.

Responsibilities / Legal obligations of the owner / legal representative:

• Lease liability. The owner / legal representative confirms that the data contained in the property description is correct, that it has the legal capacity to be responsible for the rental of your property.
• Responsibility and maintenance of the dwelling by the owner. The owner / legal representative, will be responsible to the guest and our intermediation service, to make available the accommodation in optimal conditions for its use.
• Taxes The owner / legal representative will be solely responsible for the settlement and payment of their own local taxes and fees to the local tax authority.
• Termination of contract, respecting confirmed reservations. In case of termination of contract, all reservations made up to the date of termination will be respected.
